I will be running a number of Reiki Level I and II courses at the Open Door in Lewes from the New Year. I am very passionate about sharing Reiki as it is such a wonderful healing tool to calm the mind, nourish the body and lift the spirit. Alongside my regular Reiki level 1 courses I’m also running courses specifically tailored for Mother & baby, Parent & child (6-11yo) and Young Adults (16-20yo). If you would like to learn more about Reiki and what I do please join me on Tuesday Dec 11th from 7pm. During this time I will give a brief introduction to what Reiki is, its benefits and uses. We will also do a couple of energy exercises together. I look forward to meeting you then and answering any questions that may arise.
