The multimedia pack with be send to you upon booking your place.

For the Level 1 Courses: you will receive a Shoden (Reiki Level 1) manual, a Shoden audio CD, and a Reiki Meditations CD.

For the Level 2 Course*: you you will receive an Okuden manual and an Okuden audio CD.

*You will also receive the Meditations CD and a pdf copy of the Shoden manual if you did not do the Level 1 course with me.
